WE GOT A PLACE!!

So props goes to my husband, because he replied to the ad and made the appointment to view the place (While I was getting him food) and we went and saw this place and it was great!! Heres just a few things about it that are AWESOME!
Almost 1200 sq ft
3 Bedrooms (plenty of room to grow)
2 Bathrooms (hall bathroom has a HUGE tub)
Walk-in closet in the master and bathroom
High ceilings (vaulted)
fireplace (and its actually up a little higher than right on the floor which is good, cause ammon wont be in it ALL the time)
Tons of cabinet space in the kitchen.
Sink and counters that over look the front room
Dinning area (room for our large table!)
New washer and dryer!
Water and ice dispenser on the FRIDGE! (we are living the LIFE)
Video intercom with the people at the door!

and the best part is its only 750 a month!!
When we went to go see it, the lady showing it said that she felt like she had been waiting for us! She said that with all the other people that had wanted it, she felt reserved, thinking they werent the ones... (and they had alot of people interested) They had just lowered the price from 850 to 750 (right in our range) and there was still one other person interested in it who had seen it at 850 (so i thought for sure they would rent to them.) She said she would have an answer by Friday, but called us the next morning saying she had a great talk with our last landlord and said that they would be very pleased to rent to us! We are signing the contract on Friday when we get the keys and moving in that NIGHT! YAY! its has been a long, hard road and I am SOOO glad that this trial is over! Now we can actually relax and enjoy the HOLIDAYS!!
